This position will be based on a road rehabilitation programme in Romania.
Candidates will need to be degree qualified with membership to a Professional Institution. You will be fluent in English language with 15 years International experience, 10 of which will be working on similar projects.
The successful candidate must also have extensive experience of highway and bridge engineering, quality assurance, International standards of control and quality management. You will have worked on numerous large projects of a similar nature and scale to present commission and in similar working conditions to Romania.
