Quantity Surveyor (Curtain Walling)

My client a worldwide leader in the engineering, manufacturing and installation of architectural envelopers (curtain walling), internal partitions and furniture systems are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work in their office in Tokyo - Japan. You will need to have extended proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the General Construction industry for building with Japanese GC or Japanese Curtain Walling maker in overseas or Japanese large scale projects for high rise commercial building façades (Curtain Walling). You must be fluent in ENGLISH and JAPANESE. You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extended years in a similar position in the construction industry. You will hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution. You will prepare bills of Quantities, assess project costs and recommend payment to contractors during construction, review all monthly cost valuations and monthly cash-flows. You will be available to move to Tokyo within 4 months. My client offers a good package for the market conditions and the candidate level.
