Projects are 80% based on commercial or housing based schemes. Their work is done under tight time frames and often in complicated and restricted site locations. Due to reputation and repeat business their workload is increasing. In light of this they currently require a project quantity surveyor with a strong background in RC Frames and Groundworks. You will have the responsibility to look over contracts varying in sizes from £2-50m, at times either managing your own works or forming part of a team on larger contracts. Candidates will be min HNC qualified and have a minimum 4 + years experience working for a RC frame and groundworks contractor.
