Our Client who are a well known Contractor in the Public Sector are currently looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for their Decent Homes Refurbishment project in the Crawley area. The position involves working on internal (kitchen & bathroom) refurbishment projects as well as external (roofing, doors, widows etc.) You will liaise between residents and contractors in order to schedule and programme work as well as trouble shooting and dealing with tenant queries as they arise.
