Senior Building Planner (EX-Pat) - EUR 70K + Package - Qatar

• We are looking to recruit a Senior Planning Engineer with a minimum of ten years experience for a main contractor in Qatar

• Candidates must be degree qualified and capable of managing a team of 6 / 7 Planners on a multi million euro development

• Previous experience in the gulf region and with Primavera (P6) is advantageous but not essential

• It is essential that candidates have experience of projects > EUR 50M in value and your CV reflects loyalty to previous employers.

• Remuneration Package Guideline as follows:

- Tax Free Basic Salary of EUR 70 K
- 1 or 2 Bedroom Apartment provided (Furnished & Bills paid)
- Guaranteed minimum bonus plus performance related bonus
- Transport provided 4 x 4 services and fuel
- 3 x return flights per annum paid
- Medical expenses paid
- Gratuity payment of 21 days per annum paid as lump sum upon termination
- Laptop
- Phone
