High profile main contractor based in the Middle East are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a large new multi million $ build project in Muscat.
Candidates must have proven commercial management experience within the Middle East as part of this position will be managing a team of local and Asian Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in both Contracts Administration and Management, as this will be a varied role you will also have experience in claims, again in the Middle East.
Due to the role being varied candidates should have a minimum of thirty years experience with at least ten of those years spent in the Middle East. As this is a high profile role with possible client facing responsibilities candidates who are RICS qualified will be looked upon favourably.
