Experience
• Experienced in estimating, design and build and residential housing
• Good knowledge of Local Authority/Housing Association procurement methods
• Must have a good understanding of the partnering process, design/build and traditional contracting process traditional contracting process
• Proficient in public Presentation & Submission Methods
• A highly motivating individual
The role;
• To assist in the co-ordination of submission & proposals development
• To carry out analytical pricing of in-house produced Bills of Quantities using Conquest Estimating System
• To work closely with Design & Build Manager in the development of bids where required
• To assist, as directed with any new initiative or role requested by the Department Head, Marketing Director or Board of Directors
• To research and investigate new Government or industry initiatives
• To keep updated of technical developments and innovative trends in the industry
• To assist, as directed in the training and development of team members
