Senior Estimator

Our client is a successful Housing contractor operating throughout the UK and is well known as a Decent Homes constructor and framework 'partner of choice', delivering a range of services in housing refurbishment, new build and partnership housing.
Due to continual growth they are now looking to recruit a Senior Estimator based at the companies regional office in Leeds.
Candidates should have a strong estimating background with experience of pricing both housing refurbishment & new build housing from 'first principles'.
Duties;
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing tenders, providing bid costs for construction projects for Business Unit adjudications, ensuring a competitive bid.
The existing team already consists of a number of junior Estimators and so the position may involved the coaching and development of these candiddates.
Experience Required;
