**Senior Healthcare Architect-Australia - Expatriate Package**

My client is a multi-disciplinary practice, with a portfolio of leading edge designs. They provide services for a range of industries including Health Care, Institutional and Pharmaceutical sectors. Their specialty is in the design of large scale complex and high technology buildings.

They are currently looking for Senior Health Architects to work in their Brisbane office, who possess a strong client focus, the ability to work with top tier contractors, have excellent leadership skills and project management and communication skills.

Substantial hospital or healthcare scheme delivery skills are essential.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience in managing both the client and contractor on projects to the value of £25 million and above.

As the Senior Health Architect you will be responsible for leading multi discipline teams. You will be required to oversee the documentation and delivery of the project and the day-to-day operation of your team.

Other requirements:

Proven experience
Solid experience working on large scale health projects i.e. hospitals
Degree Qualification in Architecture - or equivalent
