Senior Marine Design Engineer - UAE

I have a senior requirement for a Marine Design Engineer for a major consulting, planning and engineering company. They have an impressive global presence and this have resulted in a new mega project award in the UAE.

The Senior Marine Design Engineer will be head the Marine Design department:
*Create and develop key design concepts and lead the team through phases of development.
*Establish design parameters and prepare layouts based on client requirements.
*Prepare designs in consultation with other discipline engineers.

Requirements

*15-20 years overall - International and local (GCC) experience.
*Previous experience in MASTER PLANNING PORTS AND HARBOURS.
*Marine/coastal engineering qualification is preferred (MSc/PhD) - BSc Civil engineering will be considered.
*Specialist/ strong experience in modeling (physical and numerical)
*High levels of technical writing and communication in English - Arabic is an advantage
*Consultancy background
