A residential developer based in Central London are currently looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead all marketing operations.
The role will entail a traditional marketing focus, with responsibility for the website, sales brochures, and signage. It will also entail building and actioning mailshots to potential vendors and representing the business at New Homes events and shows.
Applicants must have worked for a new homes developer or a housing association in a similar role.
