Our client, a highly regarded multi-disciplined International Consultancy, require a Senior P-Way Design Engineer for their Rail Division to be based in the Warrington Office.
You will be leading a team of engineers and technicians on multi-discipline railway projects, responsible for supervising work, ensuring that it is carried out to the appropriate technical standard and that it is managed to programme and budget.
You will also be taking on the role of a Project Manager on some projects, liaising with the client, being responsible for commercial issues and playing a key part in the management and running of the department.
The ideal candidate will be from a civil design engineering base, preferably Chartered with extensive experience of P-Way design within the Rail Network.
You will have good working knowledge of design software and drawing production such as Clear Route, MXRail, InRail or Bentley Rail Track, acted in a position of seniority as a client liaison and checking and supervising the work of less experienced team members.
