Our client is looking for a candidate who will be more administrative in nature dealing with payroll issues, complying with employment law and handling related tasks. There is potential for promotion to management status.
Fluent spoken and written Arabic is essential for this role as is a good command of the English language.
Core responsibilities will be:
- To work as an interim Personnel/HR Manager
- To oversee Personnel Dept staff
- To quickly implement a rudimentary software for an employee database
- To coordinate many tasks with the PR Officers of the company, mainly visa follow up
- To oversee candidate induction
- To ameliorate procedures, and practices in Personnel
Candidates must have:
- University degree
- Previous experience in the role of senior Personnel staff
- Three years of those must be in the UAE, preferably Dubai
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, stipulations and legislation
- Strong presence and a forceful character
- Deliberate and a meticulous organiser
