ur client is a leading player in the social housing refurbishment sector. They pride themselves on a full order book for 2009/2010 and a 20 per cent increase in turnover due to successful delivery of current projects and a high proportion of repeat business.
Projects
Social Housing New Build and Refurbishment projects up to 15 million within the M25
Individual
We are seeking someone who has similar experience within the social housing sector, who is enthusiastic and keen to be a big part of our clients business.
This position will report to the Construction Director
Ideally this position would start on a contract basis with a view to going permanent but we will also consider candidates who are seeking a straight permanent start.
