Experienced Senior Policy Planner required to join this Policy Planning team and play a key role in the ongoing preparation of the Local Development Framework, preparing development documents including evidence gathering, policy formulation, monitoring and implementation. Covering core strategy, site allocations and carrying out sustainability appraisals. There is also scope to assist in the development of strategy through an area action plan. Experience and knowledge of UK planning policy is essential.
