Responsible for the delivery of a retail project in Ross on Wye
Project is a major refurbishment/extension of an existing Morrisons Supermarket. Value- ?8 approx.
Must have retail construction experience and ideally have a proven track record working on Morrison Supermarket projects.
Duties:
Design management
Client interfacing
Project planning
Project coordination
Client liaison
Managing successful hanover of project to client
Regular communication with design team and project team
Completing progress reports
