Senior Project Manager for major sports venue in Saudi Arabia - Excellent salary
Leap29 require a Senior Project Manager for our client, an international consultancy to be located in Saudi Arabia. The project is a major sporting venue consisting of a large stadium, multiple indoor arenas, associated medical facilities and athletes residential zone. This will be the first project of its kind in Saudi Arabia and an arena to rival the world's best sporting venues.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level preferably with a Masters from a reputable Western University. An associated chartership would be advantageous. Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience working in the Middle East. The candidate should have a vast experience in major multi-disciplinary build projects which must have included large stadia, Olympic or Asian Games facilities. The work force will be substantial and candidates must have displayed the ability to efficiently manage an ethnically diverse team to achieve project delivery on time and within budget.
In return, the candidate shall receive an attractive tax-free basic salary along with all associated benefits including but not limited to: family accommodation, transport, Grade A healthcare, return flights for candidate and family to home destination, annual performance related bonus and one month vacation allowance.
