Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position with a medium sized main contractor.
Our client is a privately owned contractor undertaking projects up to £10 million in both public and private sectors.

Due to an increase in work load we need to secure them a Senior Quantity Surveyor able to run jobs from inception through to final account including procurement and management of all packages on decent homes / social housing refurbishment and general contract projects up to £5 million.

The successful individual will report to a Managing QS and be office based, visiting sites as required.
