Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: ?40k - ?45k + Package

The Company
Our client is a national multidisciplinary contractor providing a variety of services to the public sector, covering building, rail, utilities, highways and infrastructure.

They work with a number of local authorities across the

UK under regional frameworks and their core services include new build, refurbishment and maintenance.

Vacancy
Due to the award of new work, our client has a requirement for an additional Senior QS in their Hertfordshire office. The vacancy is within the building division to work on Education projects up to ?7 million, reporting to a Commercial Manager.

Individual
Our client is seeking someone with good contractual knowledge, able to run projects from inception through to completion. You will either be responsible for 1 large project or a number of smaller ones.
