Our client a leading civil engineering contractor requires a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to work on its partnering framework of major airfield works at BAA?s South East airports. In particular this role with be based from Heathrow.
Duties:
? Management of sub contract accounts including interrogation, procurement, payments, variations and final accounts
? Identifying, raising and pricing of early warnings in line with the change control process
? Monthly cost value reconciliation reports
? Forecasting and monitoring cash flow in line with any variations to meet SEP targets
