Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for supermarkets UK wide, potentially starting in the South West region. The role requires core supermarket experience with a background in retail projects combined with a d&b aspect and knowledge of partnering arrangements. must be able to display and demonstrate ability to turn budgets around quickly and have the ability to work at a fast track pace as the role may require running multiple projects. Good communication is necessary as supervision of junior staff will be required. You should have a track record of running projects of 8M and above. Candidates outside the supermarket/retail sector will not be considered for this role.
