Senior M & E Quantity Surveyor / Cost Surveyor - Bristol - PFI - £38k - £45k
My client is a large consultancy, providing advice across the globe. They are a multi-disciplinary organisation offering a large range of services within the property and construction industry, this includes strategy advice, building audits, surveys etc.
They require an M&E Senior Quantity / Cost Surveyor to join their team, who must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience. The candidate will be providing cost management advice, at pre contract stage. The project will be a major PFI project, working with the MoD.
The suitable candidate will have previously worked on projects exceeding £50 million, have the ability to manage a design to project budget, be organised, degree qualified, a specialist M&E candidate and ideally MRICS qualified.
