Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

COMPANY:
This national contractor currently requires a senior quantity surveyor to join their regional team. The infrastructure division of this top 10 main contractor work on a variety of projects ranging in value from £200k to £30m. You will be joining a successful team working on a range of heavy civils projects and environmental agency work. Projects include canals and flood alleviation to highways and bridges.

ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this leading civils contractor. You will be responsible for:
- measurement and valuations,
- variations and final accounts,
- agreeing valuation dates,
- preparing, submitting and agreeing interim valuations,
- procuring specialist subcontractors, and
- preparing final accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
You should have worked on NEC and ICE form of contract and previously worked on both highwasy/bridges projects and flood alleviation/EA Ideally you will have a quantity surveying qualification and have excellent computer skills.
