Senior Quantity Surveyor- London- £50-55k
IMMEDIATE START FOR A SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR IN LONDON FOR A MAJOR DEVELOPER
My client is a leading national and regional developer with employees all over the country. They are involved in property, construction and design projects. Due to a planned expansion in the south east region they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of several landmark new build schemes.
The role reports to the commercial manager and will involve dealing with all commercial and contractual issues from design stage through to final accounts, whilst balancing financial parameters with other essential factors such as quality, programme and health and safety requirements. Ideally you will have had significant experience within the high rise development and construction industries, especially with RC frame work. A high work ethic and professional standards are also desirable.
In return my client is looking to offer a package of £50-55k as well as pension contribution, car allowance, healthcare and circa 10% bonus.The position is for a permanent role with plenty of scope for future and secure work.
