The Company: A leading member of the MCG who have a national £250 million Social Housing business. They currently offer D&B new Build and Decent Homes Provision as principle contractor winning accolades over the past 5 years Building Awards. Having recently launched a new regional structure, their Eastern Business and Northern Home Counties Business are looking to grow from circa £20 to £50 million each in the next 3 years. The teams are spear headed by two of the most respected names in the industry and it is testament to the quality of their product and delivery that the majority of their business is framework and or negotiated.

The Project: Based in Luton the phase of works lasts for 5 years as part of a formal £80 million BSF framework, expected to grow to £130 in the next year. Construction types and methods vary from off street to medium rise properties but essentially you will play a key role as a Senior QS having full commercial control over 1 flagship project valuing circa £20M and will also involve overseeing various other satellite sites, consisting of smaller low/mid rise new build construction projects.

I need: An existing SQS who wants to run this job with opportunities to play a key role in the development of their commercial management team, moving forward with the framework.

Background: Principle Contractor and Social Housing Experience is preferred, although strong new build in other disciplines would be considered. Commercial acumen and proven delivery in refurbishment and new build of social housing projects of at least £15M is also desired.

Package: £50K - £62K Basic, 10% car allowance, Health, 8% pension, Bonus
