Senior QS required to run RC Frame, piling, structure and civil related works for a large new build residential project for well established residential developer. Subcontract packages up to the value of £4m and will be running about £10m in total from procurement through to final account reporting into a Commercial Manager and working as part of a team.
Ideal candidate will have structure, groundworks and civil experience and had exposure to the new build residential sector.
