Senior Structural Engineer - Rail

Experienced Structural Engineer required with London Underground experience for next phase on London Underground's Cooling the Tube programme. Contract to start ASAP



Based in Central London, you will be able to demonstrate relevant structural design experience, but this is more a managing/supervising role.



You will be leading a team of design engineer's on this latest tranche of cooling the tube. Managing the project you will be responsible for the performance of your team.

You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of London Underground procedures and compliance. Checking calculations of junior members of the team, you will also be attending client meetings and planning/programming.

You will have strong understanding of loading and foundations & ensuring the project gets to CAT III stage.

Initial contract could run until March 2010
