Senior Structural Engineer

My Client is one of the largest international, multi-discipline engineering and building consultancies with offices in South Africa and elsewhere. They are now seeking a SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER For their Johannesburg office in South Africa. The successful candidate will be involved with highways and drainage works for a wide range of projects including bridges and infrastructure and large size building projects. With experience in all design structures the successful candidate should hold a B.Sc or B.Eng Degree. Pr Eng. Together with considerable relevant experience in Structural Design and Management. Responsibilities include: Structural design. Project design management. Client interaction.and Business development. This is a permanent position; the successful candidate will be Computer literate. All applicants with a South African Visa will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to South Africans. Depending on South African permanent residency status, the position can either be permanent or contract. A suitable salary and fringe benefits, commensurate with skills and career history, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
