Senior / Technical Coordinator - London
A well-respected residential developer are looking to increase their Technical Department by appointing an experienced Technical Coordinator.
The product is varied, from traditional housing to large RC frame apartment schemes.
Applicants need to have ideally worked directly for a residential developer as a Technical Coordinator, or possibly for a contractor as a Design Coordinator if the projects have been residential.
This is a challenging position, so will not suit candidates trying to move into a Coordination role without prior experience.
The role will entail running 2 to 3 projects, managing external consultants and reporting to a Technical Manager.
The position is secure as it has been created due to new work being agreed and construction needing to start.
