An influential Housing Association are currently looking to boost their Development team with the appointment of a Senior candidate with a strong Town Planning background.
The role will entail negotiating with land owners and Goverment bodies to move large housing projects through the development process with the main ail of achieving planning permission.
Applicants must come from a Planning or Land and Planning background, either from a rival RSL, a private residential developer or a property consultancy that work on large residential / Mixed Use schemes.
