Senior Transport & Traffic Planning Engineer - UAE

I have a requirement for a Senior Transport & Traffic Planning Engineer for a major consulting, planning and engineering company. They have an impressive global presence and this have resulted in a new project awards in the UAE.

The Senior Transport & Traffic Planning Engineer will be head of the transport Design department and have experience in:

*Transportation planning for urban and regional traffic studies
*Integrated traffic concepts
*Transportation master plans
*Forecasts using traffic simulation programmes,
*Feasibility and pre-feasibility studies.

Requirements
*15-20 years overall - International and local (GCC) experience.
*Previous experience in MASTER PLANS on transport projects.
*Master degree in transportation is preferred
*High levels of technical writing and communication in English - Arabic is an advantage
*Consultancy background
