Site Manager - £18-£20 per hour - West London
Site Manager required for a residential development in West London. In line with the continuing economic recovery I am currently recruiting for one of the best know residential developers in London. As part of their rebuilding process they are looking to appoint an experienced site manager to work on a brand new scheme in West London. Reporting to the Project Manager, duties will include managing the site team and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with deadlines, safety and quality, dealing with customers to deliver their expectations and liaising with the NHBC. All applicants must have a proven track record of delivery in the traditional residential sector and have at least 5 years experience as a Site Manager with a UK volume residential developer. This 100 unit traditionally built scheme consists of both H.A. and Open Market units and is due to run until the end of 2010. All applicants MUST provide at least 2
