Site Manager

Our client has recently secured a number of contracts in the Yorkshire area and are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their production scheme. For this position your experience should demonstrate that you have either ran a project of up to ?5 million as a number one or as a number two on a larger scheme. Our client is a general construction contractor and as such they are seeking to recruit an individual with a diverse range of experience and candidates with exposure to health centres, universities, student accommodation and schools are encouraged to apply. The initial projects will be based in the North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire and knowledge of the local construction markets would be advantageous. Other duties will include liaising with clients, chairing site meeting, monitoring delivery of the project, some planning and programming, hire and off hire of labour and equipment and controlling the production site team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the few expanding contractors in the Yorkshire area.
