Site Manager - Highways - Kent - £32k - £38k



My client is a medium size contractor who is part of a very successful international organisation. They operate throughout the UK on a variety of sectors such as; civil, road construction, airfields, surfacing etc.

Contracts will include Term Maintenance, Frameworks, Local Authorities, Highways Agency etc.



They currently have a requirement of a Site Manager to be based throughout the South. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects. You will ensure that; quality of work carried out reaches maximum productivity levels; Company policy is met; work is carried out without there been any potential risks to employees.



Previous projects worked on must include roads, highways, carparks etc. (minor civils).



Your previous employers will be predominantly asphalt based, medium / small size contractors. This is not a heavy civil, structural position. The role will entail small projects, project examples are mainly highways .
