This well established main contractor, with offices spanning the Eastern seaboard, requires a Site Manager to join their expanding Queensland operations.

This company prides themselves on training and developing their 400 staff, and providing internal options to further careers, this results in excellent staff retention and employee satisfaction. With an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects across the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Education sectors, in either traditional or design & construct formats. They have great existing client relationships, and have recently grown that client base.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:


Establishing short and medium term planning and scheduling for the project and reporting the progress.


Chairing Site Meetings and liasing with the Project Manager.


Managing and communicating to direct reports (Foremen and Engineers).


A level of Health &Saftey procedure and implementation.


Driving the construction forward whilst adhering to the program and budget.


Minimum requirements, you should have:


Consistently worked on projects in excess of $60m.


Worked for Top Tier or respected Mid Tier contrators.


A stable career history with a proven track record on successful projects.


Experience of working on Medium to High Rise projects in Queensland.
