My client are an Architectural & Engineering consultancy group involved in the design of complex buildings, including laboratories, research facilities, hospitals and defence facilities. They are currently experiencing a period of expansion with several offices in Australia and China.

With a number of large projects that require immediate resourcing they now require a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with strong track records in building services for their Melbourne office.

Requirements:

*Strong background in high & low voltage infrastructure, standby generation and complex ICT campus and building level systems
*Experience managing and delivering complex projects up to $400 M
*The ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results
*Comprehensive understanding of Aust. Codes and Standards
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to take the lead role in projects
*Provide technical advice to other technical staff
*Participate in tenders and bids in regards to providing detailed information
*Technically proficient in complex and technical buildings
*Mentoring of Junior Staff
*Some Leadership attributes

The successful candidate will ideally be Degree qualified, with proven experience in a hands-on design position. This is an urgent requirement and the successful candidate can expect to begin work immediately.
