This currently consists of a 4-Phase extension at the site and also a new building at a smaller local site.

Essential Skills 
- Technical skills in building services, particularly electrical systems.

- Working knowledge of AutoCad systems would be useful. Competent use of Word, Excel or similar programmes is required. 
- Working knowledge of Building Management Systems is essential. 
Responsibilities: 
- To assist Building Services manager to ensure that all equipment within Company’s property (particularly London City) and mobile delivery is functional and maintained strictly in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions so that there is minimal unplanned downtime in Company’s facilities and that Mobile Recovery can meet contractual obligations. 
- To assist in running projects as directed, particularly within London City. 
- To assist at time of invocations of the mobile product offering. 
- To prepare monthly reports as appropriate to line management that gives clarity of operational risk and project progress in order that necessary measures can be put in place. 
- To provide assistance to the surveying team on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Purpose
Responsible for the day-to-day site operation and service delivery for the contract including supply partner performance of this MoD / Defence Estates Infrastructure Support provider contract (ISP).
Job Description
To be responsible for the procurement and management of Project works services related to the design, construction, maintenance, repair and operation of buildings, plant, building services and associated facilities. 
To manage the operation and maintenance of installed plant and machinery in accordance with statutory requirements. Provide reports and advice on FM Project management including CDM, planning, specifying, designing, managing and executing all works services for completion within budget and delivery timescales.
To develop close working relations and collaborate fully with the MoD and the various military staff to ensure a high quality of service delivery provision focussed on the requirements. To provide sound and experienced leadership to the ISP Contract Team both on the Falkland Islands and Ascension Island ensuring clear lines of communication. To be proactive in the development of the service delivery strategy, driving out increasing operational improvements over the term of the contract and demonstrating the benefits. To ensure that the service is delivered in a customer focussed and flexible manner. To assume responsibility for the control of contract resources and financial budgets. To ensure that accurate information pertaining to the Contract is available for access to members of the Supply Organisation and that it is delivered within agreed timescales. To be responsible for the contract performance throughout the contract.
To be ultimately responsible for the full compliance with Defence / MoD and company personnel and policies relating to Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environment as well as applicable legislation and UK best practice. To allocate the necessary resources to ensure all contract training needs are met as identified through strict adherence to the company employee appraisal scheme. To manage, procure and complete all of the contractual requirements in compliance with the agreed documents. 
Communication: Develop positive, supportive working relationships with the team and Company’s colleagues.
